- Call Support - Speak directly with our team
- Text Support - Send us a message right from the app
These options are available on the active order screen when you have gear rented.
Common Questions
You can cancel in the app while your order is pending or just accepted. Once the driver is en route, contact support to cancel.
Tap "Request Pickup" about 20 minutes before you're ready to leave. We'll meet you at your meetup spot to collect the gear.
