Head to our order page, select your beach and drop-off spot, pick your gear, and check out with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any credit card. You can also download the app for real-time GPS tracking of your delivery.
Most deliveries arrive within 20-30 minutes of placing your order. You can track your driver's location in real time through the app.
Tap "Request Pickup" in the app or on your order confirmation page. Then bring the gear back to the same meetup spot where it was delivered. Our driver will meet you there to collect everything.
If your order hasn't been picked up by a driver yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once a driver is en route, please contact us at support@beachdash.app and we'll work it out.
We offer premium beach chairs, umbrellas, and bundles (chair + umbrella combos). Availability and pricing vary by location. Check the order page for current options at your beach.
It's a same-day rental. You get the gear delivered to a meetup spot near the beach and use it all day. When you're done, request pickup and bring it back to the same spot. Our driver meets you there.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We're currently operating in select Southern California beaches. Check the order page to see if your beach is in our delivery zone. We're expanding to new locations regularly.
Absolutely. Email us at support@beachdash.app with the beach you'd like to see covered. If there's demand, we'll prioritize adding it.
No. You can order directly from our website with no download required. The app adds live GPS tracking so you can watch your driver approach in real time, plus push notifications and one-tap reordering.
Yes, the app is free to download on both iOS and Android. You only pay for the gear you rent.
Yes. Through the app, you get live GPS tracking of your driver with an estimated arrival time, just like tracking a rideshare. You'll also get push notifications when they're arriving and when your gear is set up.

Web ordering is typically live within a week. If you want the full native app on iOS and Android, that takes 1-2 months depending on whether you have existing developer accounts. We handle the technical work. You just provide your logo, colors, gear catalog, and pricing.
Payments go through Stripe directly into your bank account. We connect your own Stripe account during setup. Customers can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any credit/debit card.
