You can delete your BeachDash account at any time. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account from within the BeachDash app, follow these steps:
- Open the BeachDash app on your device.
- Log in to your account if you are not already logged in.
- Go to Settings, then tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision when prompted.
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your BeachDash account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Account profile: Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Order history and activity: Records of your past rentals and transactions.
- Location data: Any stored location information associated with your account.
- Payment references: Your Stripe customer ID and payment method references. Note: BeachDash does not store your actual card numbers; these are held securely by Stripe.
Data Retention
After account deletion, no personal data is retained except where we are legally required to keep certain records. For example, financial transaction records may be retained as required by tax and accounting regulations. Any such retained data is kept only for the minimum period required by law and is not used for any other purpose.

If you are unable to delete your account through the BeachDash app, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly:
