Terms of Service & Waiver

Quick Summary

  • You must be 18 or older to rent our gear.
  • You are responsible for the equipment during your rental period.
  • We handle delivery and pickup only; we do not set up or supervise on the beach.
  • You agree to follow all local beach rules and regulations.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the proper use and care of all rented equipment.
  • You agree to pay for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • You must be present for both delivery and pickup.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: You understand that beach activities and use of equipment involve inherent risks (e.g., injury, illness, or property damage) and you voluntarily assume those risks.
  • Release of Liability: You release BeachDash and its team from any and all claims or liability arising from your use of the equipment.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold BeachDash harmless from any costs, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the service.

Payments & Cancellations

  • All fees are processed securely via Stripe.
  • You may cancel while your order is still pending or just accepted.
  • Once a driver is en route, cancellations may result in a partial or full charge.
